OSiR complex contains sports-spectator hall, sports stadium and aquapark. Sports-spectator hall in Solec Kujawski is modern facility where various competitions can be organized in such disciplines as: handball, indoor soccer, basketball, volleyball, badminton, gymnastic, acrobatic, judo, wrestling, etc. Here are organized provincial, national and international sporting events as well as concerts, trainings, competitions and camps. The facility is equipped with a suitable amount of locker rooms, showers, toilets, biological regeneration rooms – massage, sauna, solarium as well as a club room, café and bowling club. The facility also possesses a hotel – lodging for 45 people, in 1-, 3- or 4- person rooms and parking spaces for over 140 cars.

The sports stadium is nearly located and it contains two great playing fields.
The aquapark is one of the most modern and most attractive facility of this type in the region. The swimming pool measures: 12,5 x 25 m and the depths ranges from 1,20 m to 1,80 m. Next to it is situated the recreational-rehabilitation part where also most of the attractions are located. There are jacuzzi, an artificial rushing river, needle-baths, geysers, hydro-massage devices and two pipes for sliding into the water.
